Package Includes & Key Terms

Conference package includes conference registration for 17-19 September, refreshments (morning/afternoon tea), 3 lunch coupons and one gala dinner coupon.
Post-conference workshop package includes morning/afternoon tea and one workshop on 19 September.
Accompanying person package includes one gala dinner coupon.
All prices are exclusive of bank transfer charges, additional USD 20 will be charged for one participant registration.
Any Cross border fees to be paid by participant.
Cancellations before 15 July 2026: 50% refund. No refund from 15 July 2026 onward.

⚠️ The organizing committee reserves the right to verify eligibility. If an incorrect selection is made, registration may be adjusted accordingly.
